AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC organize the full Hajj program for the group and coordinate with the concerned authority in planning for the Hajj visa, airlines, hotels, tents, buses, food & other services in connection with the Hajj group but responsibilities are limited. AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC located at 2741 Gallows Rd, Apt 201, Vienna, VA 22180, acts as an agent for the Hajj passengers in all matters relating to Hajj Travel.
AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, death, loss or injury, or accident to persons and property in connection with the above services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond their control, including but not limited to defects and breakdown or substitution of equipment, strikes, theft, acts of Government or other Authorities, War, Terrorism, Riots, Fire or as a result of Natural Disasters. AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC will not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience and damage due to failure in following instructions, including baggage handling, checking in and out at Airports, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their negligence or delay at the time during Hajj tour., or due to improper visa documents and passport. No refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized. Reservation should be made with a package price payment as scheduled. A valid passport is due at the time of final payment and all other Hajj required documents are due on 20th May 2022. Hajj visa is under the control of the Saudi Hajj Ministry, AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC have no control over it. According to the hajj ministry decision, an additional fee will be applied for repeating Hajj. AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC cannot be held liable for the decisions and delays of Consulates, Embassies, Government, or third-party delivery companies. AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC assure us that your documents will be taken care of while in our possession.
Travelers need a COVID-19 PCR negative certificate within 72 hours of departure & return. If the PCR test is positive, the passenger is financially responsible for this trip. I have read the Disclaimer of AbuBakr Hajj and Umrah LLC at the time of my registration and payment. I agree with the above contract. I will follow all rules and discipline.
Group selection and seat guarantee will strictly depend on first come first serve. Repeat Hajj within 5 years will be charged $550.
